By choosing locations that are well-connected in terms of access to local services and necessary infrastructure, we contribute to the integration of local communities, creating ties and fostering good neighbourly relations. We also encourage environmental awareness among our stakeholders.
One important element of the activities undertaken by the DWE Group for the benefit of the community is the establishment of an inclusive workplace when it comes to gender, skin colour, religion or sexual orientation, so that it is diverse, open and friendly. We want all our employees to feel that they are an important part of the company, which is why we strive to ensure a good atmosphere and a high level of internal communication, as well as work safety, stable employment and decent pay conditions. We offer opportunities for our employees to improve their professional qualifications and to take part in engaging inter-team projects. In this way, we are also highly competitive as an employer.
Construction and development are high-emission sectors of the economy and as such they require a special focus when it comes to environmental protection and sustainable urban development. At DWE Group, we are aware of our obligations and responsibilities when it comes to the impact of our development activities on the environment, which is why we ensure that our activities are in line with the best ESG practices. Our care for the environment (the ‘E’ aspect), the community (the ‘S’) and corporate governance (the ‘G’) shows that we are a company that meticulously fulfils our obligations in this area, while developing projects that take into account and respect the opinions of the company’s stakeholders.
The natural environment
Sustainable activities represent an essential element in the implementation of each project we work on. We focus on improving the energy efficiency of our buildings, on applying a range of environmental solutions, and strive to optimise our projects in terms of CO2 emissions and the consumption of natural resources during their construction and subsequent operation. We aim to obtain sustainability certificates for all of our projects, which also have photovoltaic installations to supply energy to the common areas, while the green areas are planted with local species. Our emphasis is on limiting the use of non-renewable raw materials and thus reducing the amount of construction waste.

W naszych inwestycjach stawiamy na poprawę efektywności energetycznej budynków, stosujemy liczne rozwiązania ekologiczne i dążymy do optymalizacji pod kątem emisji CO2 i zużycia zasobów naturalnych. Jesteśmy aktualnie w procesie certyfikacji BREEM.
