INFORM­ATION CLAUSE

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Reg­u­lation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Par­liament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the pro­tection of natural persons with regard to the pro­cessing of per­sonal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Dir­ective 95/46/EC (here­in­after referred to as the “GDPR”), we inform you that:

Your per­sonal data con­troller is DWE limited liab­ility company based in Warsaw, Szwedzka 4, lok. 32 (here­in­after referred to as “DWE” or “Admin­is­trator”).

Your per­sonal data will be pro­cessed to provide you with a response to your inquiry, in par­ticular to provide you with inform­ation about DWE’s offer on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

If necessary, your per­sonal data will be shared with entities sup­porting DWE’s activities.

Your per­sonal data will be stored only for the period necessary to achieve the spe­cific purpose for which they were provided, and after its expiry for the period necessary to secure or pursue any claims or to fulfill the legal oblig­ation of the Admin­is­trator (e.g. res­ulting from tax or accounting regulations).

Your per­sonal data will not be subject to auto­mated pro­cessing, including profiling.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict pro­cessing of your data, the right to object to their pro­cessing, and the right to data port­ab­ility. If your per­sonal data is pro­cessed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (pro­cessed on the basis of your consent to the pro­cessing), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the law­fulness of the pro­cessing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

If you believe that the pro­cessing of your per­sonal data by DWE violates the pro­vi­sions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a com­plaint with the super­visory authority, i.e. the Pres­ident of the Per­sonal Data Pro­tection Office.
