In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), we inform you that:
Your personal data controller is DWE limited liability company based in Warsaw, Szwedzka 4, lok. 32 (hereinafter referred to as “DWE” or “Administrator”).
Your personal data will be processed to provide you with a response to your inquiry, in particular to provide you with information about DWE’s offer on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
If necessary, your personal data will be shared with entities supporting DWE’s activities.
Your personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to achieve the specific purpose for which they were provided, and after its expiry for the period necessary to secure or pursue any claims or to fulfill the legal obligation of the Administrator (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations).
Your personal data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, the right to object to their processing, and the right to data portability. If your personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (processed on the basis of your consent to the processing), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data by DWE violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
