The Aluzyjna 21 estate in Warsaw’s Białołęka district has been completed according to schedule and is now waiting for its first residents to move in.
Over 70 percent of the apartments available on the estate have already found owners, who will soon receive the keys to their dream homes.

Aluzyjna 21 in Warsaw’s Białołęka district is an intimate, five-storey building with 83 ergonomically designed apartments. These include 1, 2, 3, 4, 5‑room flats with areas of between 29 m² and 124 m². Aluzyjna 21 is a distinctive, modern development with a green courtyard. The building has three elegant staircases with silent elevators as well as a car park with parking spaces and storage rooms. The estate has excellent transport connections to the city centre, such as the quick and convenient bus route to and from the Nowodwory bus terminus, while the main transport routes of the district include sections of national roads along ul. Modlińska, Trasa Toruńska and ul. Płochocińska.
In terms of housing construction, Białołęka is the fastest growing area of Warsaw, while at the same time it is also one of its most peaceful districts. Its forests, numerous parks, nature reserve and bicycle paths provide residents with the opportunity for rest and recreation among greenery as well as for more energetic leisure activities. All of this makes Białołęka a very attractive place to live. DWE Group has taken note of all these advantages and is planning further developments in the district.
